Protein Packed Beef Stir-Fry Delight
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of lean beef, cut in stripes
- 2 red bell peppers, julienne
- 1 medium-sized broccoli, cut into small florets
- 2 carrots, julienne
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef strips, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil, add the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crunchy.
- Return the beef to the pan and pour in the soy sauce. Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
