Lamb & Bulgar Protein Power Bowl
Ingredients:
- 4 lean cuts of lamb
- 1 cup bulgar wheat
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups kale, de-stemmed
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook bulgar wheat according to package instructions and set aside.
- Season lamb cuts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and grill them to preferred doneness.
- Grill cherry tomatoes until slightly charred.
- Finely chop kale and cucumber, squeeze lemon juice on top, add feta and mix together for the salad.
- Slice the grilled lamb into thin pieces.
- In a large bowl, place a layer of bulgar, top it with a layer of salad, and then place the lamb slices on top.

Plating:
