Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and black pepper. Set aside for at least 20 minutes.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts into the wok and stir-fry until they turn white. Remove and set aside.
- In the same wok, add in the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until they start to soften slightly.
- Add the tofu and stir-fry for another couple of minutes.
- Return the stir-fried chicken to the wok, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes so the flavors can combine.
