Lamb Lover’s Protein Feast

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams lean lamb mince
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large pan, heat up the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the onions, garlic, green bell pepper, and mushrooms to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are soft and the onions are translucent.
  4. Add the lamb mince to the pan and cook until it’s browned.
  5. Stir in the chopped spinach, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, top it with the feta cheese, and bake it in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
  7. Serve hot with a lemon wedge.
