Spicy Lamb Koftas with Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of lean ground lamb.
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped.
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
- 1 tablespoon of ground cumin.
- 2 teaspoons of ground coriander.
- 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint.
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
For the Greek Yogurt Dip:
- 200 grams of Greek yogurt.
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 1 small cucumber, deseeded and grated.
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill.
- Salt to taste.
Cooking Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, red onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and mint.
- Form the mixture into 12 koftas and insert a skewer into each.
- Heat the oil in a grill pan over medium heat and grill the koftas for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
- To make the dip, mix together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, cucumber, dill, and salt in a small bowl.
- Serve the spicy lamb koftas with the Greek yogurt dip on the side.

Plating:
The Spicy Lamb Koftas should be plated on a rectangular or oval platter, positioned in a diagonal line.
