Recipe: Zesty Lemon Garlic Lamb Skewers
Ingredients:
- 500g Lamb leg, cut into chunks
- 1 Lemon Zest and juice
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red Pepper flakes
- Handful of fresh Rosemary leaves, chopped
- Bamboo skewers
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the lamb chunks into the mixing bowl and toss until it is well coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. If you have time, marinate for 2-3 hours for more in-depth flavor.
- Thread the lamb chunks onto the bamboo skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers on each side for 3-5 minutes until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
